Roundup® Weed Killer: Helps Crops But May Make People Sick

This powerful herbicide, manufactured by Monsanto, has been used for years to help the crops thrive. Roundup® is used in farms that grow most crops, including:

  • Corn
  • Wheat
  • Soybeans
  • Sugar beets
  • Alfalfa
  • Cotton

At the same time, it hurts humans. Testing has shown that glyphosate shows up in the blood and urine of people who work on farms or use it often in their yards. Anyone who breathes in the air near crops that have been sprayed is at risk.

Glyphosate is also contained in other products of this type, including Rodeo®, Pondmaster®, AquaNeat® and AquaStar®.

"Monsanto and other large corporations often create products containing toxic chemicals that they claim publicly won't hurt people. People then place trust in what they've been told and use and work with the product. But often, when it is too late, you find out that the product may have caused you to get cancer. That is morally and legally wrong, and we want to help you get compensation from Monsanto to fund your medical care and other injuries you have experienced."
